Tom is exceptionally responsive, helpful, and it’s a pleasure to work with him. Our nonprofit uses our website to engage our member and the general community with contests, grant applications, forums, blogs, podcasts, and so on. Each aspect of this site entails a massive amount of back-end support, not just in setting up new tools or functions, but in continually fine-tuning them, so they shift to meet our ever-growing, often very last minute, needs. Tom has never balked at any request we’ve made of him, no matter how daunting or tedious it might seem. He is also able to share information in a relatable way for those of us who are not as tech-savvy. I enjoy working with him and consider him an integral part of our team. I know whatever problem or issue that sprouts up, he will solve it quickly and skillfully. 

Tom has been amazing to work with. He fixed every problem we ran into with our website. We would turn to him with some crazy website requests, usually at the last minute, and he made them happen. And that was really the key — whatever we wanted done on the site, he made it happen. 

Blackfin quickly assessed our hosting needs and moved us seamlessly to a better hosting platform.  They quickly resolve technical issues and provide guidance on choosing the optimal set of plugins to support our site’s mission.

Tom and his team are an essential part of WSB’s status as the ‘always-on’ news source for our community. He helps us conquer challenges big and small, and his guidance has brought WSB to new levels of scalability and reliability.
