Logan is a multi-discipline digital professional specializing in the critical intersection of SEO, user experience, and content strategy. Passionate about creating seamless online journeys, Logan has developed a comprehensive skill set that ranges from technical search optimization and engaging content creation to intuitive UX design. While well versed in driving traffic and visibility, her focus is not limited only to the metrics. Intent on building cohesive digital experiences, she ensures that whatever she creates is not only highly discoverable but genuinely valuable and easy for audiences to navigate. When not optimizing web pages or crafting content, Logan can be found outdoors, enjoying quality time with her family.

Sarah Blikre

Full-stack Developer

Sarah got her start in programming by using a TI-83 calculator to cheat her way through high school math class. While she still never quite got the hang of advanced algebra, she has been involved in web development for two decades, and excels in creating performant and elegant code in the WordPress ecosystem. Outside of work, she enjoys PC building, fixing cars, and using any excuse possible for a trip to Harbor Freight.

Justin is a developer at Blackfin Webware. He has extensive programming and systems administration experience and is well versed in all of the more esoteric aspects of web hosting and website/web application support and maintenance.

Michelle Weaver

Designer • Developer

Michelle is a multi-discipline professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Western Washington University. Passionate about creating beauty in the world around her, Michelle has developed her skill set to range from branding and logo design to user experience, user interface, and visual web design. While well versed in the visual, she is not limited only to the aesthetic. From a young age Michelle has had a strong interest in web technologies, as she built her first website as a 6th grader. Intent on writing clean and quality code, she ensures that whatever she builds is easy to use. When not designing or developing Michelle can be found traveling, learning German, and playing music.

Tom Cowin

Owner • Senior Developer

Tom is the owner and senior developer at Blackfin Webware. He has extensive programming and systems administration experience and is well versed in all of the more esoteric aspects of web hosting and website/web application support and maintenance. Logical and methodical, Tom can structure and organize even the most complex of databases, create solutions to process and manage the intricacies of your data. Tom adheres to mainstream development principles such as keep it simple, don’t repeat yourself, as well as a personal mantra that if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing really well. When not building and maintaining web applications, Tom can be found spending time with his family and mountain biking.
